iLoveWord ("the app") is developed by Irsyad Mukhtar. This policy explains what information the app handles.
Your documents
All document processing (conversion, merging, splitting, compression, OCR and every other tool) happens locally on your device. Your files are never uploaded to our servers or to any third party. Results you create are stored only on your device in the app's History, and you can delete them at any time.
Feedback form
If you choose to send a message with Settings › Send Feedback, the name, email address and message you enter (and, only if you leave the diagnostics option on, the app version, language, device model and recent error codes) are delivered to us by email through the form service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). We use this information only to reply to you and to fix problems. We do not sell it or use it for advertising. You can also contact us directly by email instead of using the form.
Camera and photos
The app asks for camera or photo library access only when you use Scan to Word or pick images. Images are processed on your device and are not uploaded.
Analytics, ads and tracking
The app contains no advertising, no analytics SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.
Data deletion
To ask us to delete messages you have sent, email irsyad.mukhtar@yahoo.com.
